球芽基金棒球小學堂 #花蓮區體能訓練巡迴講座

In August, we specially invited the coaching team from #MiyakeFitness in Hsinchu to Hualien. Beyond sharing their personal journeys as athletes, they also joined local kids in Hualien to guide them through hands-on physical training sessions.

"Brother Junhong," founder of Miyake Fitness—which currently has five studios across Hsinchu and Taoyuan—previously joined Base Baseball Foundation in visiting five partner schools in Hsinchu to share his story of playing baseball in Japan on a high school scholarship. This year, we invited him back to Hualien, and through his call to action, eight coaches with diverse expertise came together to join this charitable tour.

"Brother Junhong" shared that he was junior high school classmates with Rakuten Monkeys player Lin Li at Xin-Ming Junior High School. Although he did not pursue professional baseball after graduation, he chose to study physical training and sports science to become a strength and conditioning coach, supporting his beloved sport in a different way. Another coach who spoke, "Brother Shengzhe," grew up through the baseball system from junior high school onward. Upon graduating from university, he decided to become a fitness trainer, hoping to leverage his expertise to help more athletes push their limits and pursue their dreams.
